I had the pleasure of working with Ihab this year while helping a startup figure out its market entry strategy. Two things stood out to me that made him a unique asset to our team - his creativity and passion.
His creative (completely off the chart and sometimes whacky) ideas bring in a fresh breath to any team he works with. His passion for product design and attention to detail in projects and presentations infuse the end product with elegance and character. This is truly commendable.

I have worked with Ihab on developing his start-up. Ihab is fueled by passion for his purpose and vision, I have found his drive and work ethic truly inspiring.
He has an excellent skill of team leadership and product management and a great eye for detail in UI/UX, which combined is very rare to match. He quickly grasps technical development aspects, which makes working with him easy and productive.
Ihab's trust in me and the team has given us the space to explore out-of-the-box ideas in product development and gain invaluable experiences to grow. He has been very supportive in times of uncertainty, especially during COVID and remote working. He works to support team synergy which makes the whole startup culture very collaborative.

Ihab and I worked together on an internal Steering Committee charged with providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development and rollout of a new Management Information System across our organization. In all the interactions I had with Ihab, he exhibited an exceptional ability to convey complex conceptual thinking in ways that led to greater clarity and better decision making.
Ihab's unique abilities ranged from using applications and software to design quick mock ups, to communicating specific and nuanced technical concepts to external parties unfamiliar with industry jargon. On an overall interpersonal level, I was extremely impressed with Ihab’s work ethic, integrity and his eagerness to develop and grow. I am confident that he has a bright future ahead and that any team would be lucky to have him as a contributor.

Ihab has had been a pleasure to work with. Working alongside him over a period of three years changed my views and methods regarding project and operations management. He brought a structural and systematic approach towards managing educational projects, relevant data and information and team’s performance. Soon after taking up his role at the Together project at EAA, he identified the need of and developed in-house systems and structures to standardize and monitor the operations.
He was able to customize application management system and processes to the minutest detail whilst considering the unique cases that the project may encounter in the given educational contexts. His intent and eagerness to built perfect systems, structures, presentations and what ever he laid his hands on while his stay at EAA, has proven contagious to all he has worked with. It is not an exaggeration to say that since he has left EAA, we try to re-evaluate a completed task item by thinking, “What more would Ihab do?”. I wish him all the best for his future and believe he would do and achieve the best where ever he goes.

This amazing critical thinker is an amazing colleague. Always willing to help, is a creative and innovative problem solver. Digs in and applies focus that is unique. He plans and fleshes out every aspect of the problem and executes. Despite this focus, he looks for another's perspective to ensure he has solved the issue.
Over the years, working with Ihab certainly changed the way I work, and approach my own problem-solving. A team player, hard-working, dedicated and ambitious, you could not ask for a better colleague.

While I had only limited occasions to work directly with Ihab, but it really gave me enough insights to know his working style and knowing him as an individual. Having a penchant to get into minutest details of a task is a trait which Ihab carries with him, something which few people possess.
He is a quick learner, has clear thought process, is an excellent team member and I strongly believe he would be an effective leader too, in the future. He has been a key player of creating a whole database schema and further enhancing it for a new project.
On a personal level too, I find him quite helpful and gelling well with his corporate colleagues. I believe Ihab will be an asset to any organization that he is a part of. I wish him great success and accolades on his career forward.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ihab for over three years in the same team. Ihab is an asset to any team, and brings with him his outstanding work ethic, team spirit and professionalism. He has the rare ability to envisage the larger picture whilst not losing sight of the finest of details. Ihab very early on, during his time at EAA proved himself to be able to take a step back, identify gaps and problematic areas within the running of programmes.
He went on to initiate and develop comprehensive systems that allowed for the more efficient running of our programmes, and ensured that all relevant data was captured and recorded effectively. Ihab’s positive team spirit and unmatched organizational skills will be greatly missed.

I had a chance to work with Ihab for a very short period. During this period, I watched with what harmonious and cooperative spirit he interacted with his team members, always ready to reach out and lend a helping hand to his teammates.
He has got excellent communication skills that enable him to be very effective and constructive when discussing difficult or sensitive issues. He has got well-developed data modelling and system analysis / design skills. Summarizing, I can say that Ihab is very tech savvy, always seeks to optimize and automate business processes, and effectively puts plans into actions.

Ihab has been working with Schlumberger since October 2014. During this time, I was closely engaged with monitoring his progress as a Wireline Field Engineer.
